With strong flat cast iron plates, the grill offers fantastic cooking performance, maximising the contact between the plates and the food. Contact is further improved by the swivel-mounted top plate, which helps optimise the heat being channelled into the food. Not only does this help you cook faster, it also provides a more consistent cook throughout the food.

Operation and maintenance couldn't be easier - the front-mounted dial control provides accurate temperature regulation and heat is spread evenly across the plates. And once service is over, the whole unit is easy to clean thanks to the strong stainless steel construction and removable grease collection tray.
