Fully welded chassis - tubular steel and angle sections. Steered by crown gear, scissor shaped shaft with handle and drop safety device. Durable powder coated finish - resistant to impact and scratches. Blue painted finish. Dead man's braking system fitted as standard - braking occurs whenever shaft is released and rises to upright position. Two 250mm high hinged sides.
