With the introduction of the new ActivPanel 9 the myPromethean portal will soon be upgraded to a new version (2.0) and to enable the management of the new ActivPanel with the familiar Promethean Panel Management. Users who already have a myPromethean account can continue to use the previous login details on the updated platform. MyPromethean gets a new user interface and ported to a new domain. Both the ActivPanel Element series and ActivPanel 9 can be managed nothing changes in terms of users organisations devices covered and previous information is retained the same applies to Radix integration.
